Software now spends money on behalf of people and firms. The Agentic Payments Ecosystem Map follows that delegated authority through eleven layers, from stating intent to settling a dispute, and records which organisations run programs at each layer and how far each program has moved from announcement to live use.
Every entry carries a date and a primary or named source, and is described by evidence only. Nothing here is a ranking or an investment view. Read the method and label definitions (PDF)
Each block is one organisation running at least one program at that layer, as verified on 26 October 2026. Announced, retired and adjacent programs are listed in the directory but not drawn.
16 organisations run programs at payment initiation and 13 at authority grant. Audit and evidence has one: Mastercard. Exception and dispute has one: Apex Fusion. TermiX has announced one at exception and dispute.
Every agentic payment program we track, grouped by the organisation that runs it. One line of evidence per program, in our words, with the date of the event it rests on and links to the sources.
